  • Account structure information (account IDs, account names)
  • Geographic and device performance breakdowns

Important: We only access reporting and analytics data in read-only mode. We do not create, modify, or delete any campaigns, ads, budgets, or account settings in your Google Ads account.

  • Provide insights on product-level advertising effectiveness

We do not:

  • Use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing StoreLyst services to you
  • Share your Google Ads data with third parties for advertising purposes
  • Use your Google Ads data to build user profiles for advertising
  • Sell or rent your Google Ads data to anyone

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in these circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform

Google Ads Data Sharing

Your Google Ads data is treated with additional restrictions. We do not share your Google Ads data with any third parties except:

Google Ads data is retained only while your Google Ads account is connected to StoreLyst. When you disconnect your Google Ads account or delete your StoreLyst account:

  • We immediately stop accessing your Google Ads data
  • Previously collected Google Ads data is deleted within 30 days
  • You may request immediate deletion by contacting us

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

Revoking Google Ads Access

You can revoke StoreLyst's access to your Google Ads data at any time by:

  • Disconnecting your Google Ads account from within your StoreLyst settings
  • Removing StoreLyst from your Google Account's connected apps at myaccount.google.com/permissions

When you revoke access, we will stop fetching new data from your Google Ads account immediately. Previously collected data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless you request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

StoreLyst's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we limit our use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface. We do not use Google user data for:

  • Serving advertisements
  • Determining creditworthiness or lending purposes
  • Building or training machine learning models for purposes unrelated to the app's functionality
  • Any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of StoreLyst
